Rare Impressionist paintings – at the Paris exhibition

An exhibition called Les impressionistes en Prive was opened in the Marmotanne-Monet museum in Paris, which will last until July 6th. For visitors it is a unique chance to see about a hundred works of French impressionists, previously not exhibited in public.

Pictures for the exhibition are provided by private collectors from around the world, from Japan to Brazil, according to Paris Info. At the exhibition you can see the rare works of Monet, Degas, Manet, Renoir, Pissarro, Budena and other famous representatives of impressionism. An interesting part of the exhibition – watercolors and pastels of Bertha Morisot, one of the most talented French artists of the XIX century. In addition to paintings, the exposition included outlines and graphic works.

The exhibition can be visited daily, except Monday, from 10:00 to 18:00. The admission ticket costs 10 euro for adults and 5 euro for children.

SWISS reduced fuel surcharge

The Swiss airline SWISS has reduced the amount of fuel surcharges to all its tariffs. On European destinations and lines to Egypt and Israel, the surcharge is reduced by one-fifth – from 36 to 29 Swiss francs (19 euros) for each flight segment. On long-haul lines, the fee is reduced by 26% – from 144 to 114 francs (74 euros), according to Sob. corr. .

The changes took effect on January 13. This is the second decline in fees since the summer, when they reached the maximum. It should be borne in mind that during flights from Russia via Switzerland to distant destinations (to Asia, Africa and America), SWISS makes a discount on the total amount of fuel charges.
